Each autumn, Liepāja will welcome cultural professionals, researchers, lecturers, and decision-makers from Latvia and beyond to exchange experiences, discuss emerging trends, and explore solutions for cultural development. This international conference will serve as a platform for generating new ideas and fostering collaborative initiatives across the cultural sector.

The conference programme brings together lectures, discussions, practical workshops, insights from international partners and artistic contributions, offering a wider perspective on cultural processes and their influence on society. It serves as a space for brainstorming, where dialogue generates ideas that spark new international partnerships and support the sustainable development of the cultural sector.

The aim is to encourage the sharing of knowledge, experience and innovative approaches in culture, positioning Liepāja as a key hub for professional debate in the Baltic region.
