 may be some who can make it fast\, and someone\, who does it slowly. 
 We leave nobody behind and will surely find you a co-runner with simi
 lar tempo. We run along the coast\, the bicycle road or any pre-plann
 ed route. Usually about 10 kilometres.</p>\n
